Vino zeleno-rumene barve.Občutimo očitne note citrusov in morskih alg, vendar bolj kot to izstopa svež,mineralni profil, vse skupaj pa je lepo zavito v čudovit vulkanski "ensemble". Mineralna aroma in veliko svežine, s slanim in obstojnim pookusom.Lepo se poda k morski hrani, ribam na žaru, solatam in belemu mesu. Odlično se izkaže kot aperitiv.

Greenish yellow color.The notes of citrus fruits and algae are evident, but it is the mineral profile that stands out most, all wrapped in a beautiful volcanic ensemble. Lots of freshness and minerality. It has an unctuous, salty and very persistent finish. Good with seafood, fish, salads, white meat and as an aperitif.
